Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time and rates

• Standard Shipping: estimated 7 to 12 business days after your order ships.
• Free Shipping applies automatically to qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.

Shipping costs and the estimated delivery date for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.

Holiday orders

If you are buying a gift, check the estimated delivery date at checkout and order early. We will post our last order dates for holiday delivery on our homepage.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped with import duties prepaid, so you will not be asked to pay extra fees at delivery. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away: we can update the address only before the order ships.
